WORKFORCE TRAINING FUND GRANTS
Our Approach
Our competitive edge, a uniquely tailored service that secures workforce training fund government grants to
cover the cost of your training.
Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced training consultants with backgrounds in organizational psychology, management consulting, business strategy,
analytics, finance, accounting, government grant writing and applications and marketing. We have experienced and skilled grant writers who understand how to determine if you qualify for a workforce training fund grant and write the application for you. Normally training grant writers and trainers are two separate entities, with us we are one. We have significant experience and have a 100% track record to date in securing training grants for our clients. This is a free service, on condition that our consultants and trainers perform the training once the training grant is awarded.
We only put in training grant applications that we believe stand a very strong chance of being awarded and that will have a long term benefit to the company. We use our analytics capability to determine the ROI for the company which is a key requirement for workforce training fund grant programs.
We do not use a traditional approach. Our training techniques focus on identifying the core issues for improvement and finding solutions that are designed to meet your specific employee development needs, always placing an emphasis on sustainability. We can conduct a thorough training needs analysis to help you identify where training is needed most.
In addition we have a vast network of partners and other training providers who cater to very specific training needs sometimes required by clients, if we do not offer such a specific service ourselves.
